It was easy to attach the enema set to your shower system. You turn the water on and test the temperature out with your fingers. As you rub lube all over the silicone nozzle, you take your fingers and begin to rub some around your back entry, too. Slowly, taking your time to make sure everything stays lubed, you slide the firm, flexible tip inside. You get it far enough in that it can be held in place with one hand. With your other hand, you turn the water pressure up higher, keeping the temperature warm but not too hot. As your booty fills with water, you feel the pressure building, and start to play with the nozzle, pushing it in a bit deeper. It begins to feel like almost too much pressure soyou pull the nozzle out and let the water gush out, relieving you immediately. You repeat until you feel fresh and satisfied!
